Fix bio formatting stripping newlines and blank lines on profile page

Summary

The Bio section in the Profile page is not respecting formatting; newlines and blank lines are being stripped away.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Profile page.
2. Edit the Bio field to include multiple lines and blank lines.
3. Save the changes.
4. View the displayed Bio.

Expected Behaviour

Newlines and blank lines entered in the Bio field should be preserved and displayed as formatted.

Actual Behaviour

Newlines and blank lines are stripped away, causing the bio to appear as a single block of text.
