Boox Note Air6C E Ink Tablet Flips Pages Nearly 40 Percent Faster
The Boox Note Air 6C is a refresh of Boox's popular Note Air E Ink tablet, with many upgrades centered on speed - a welcome improvement for E Ink devices, which typically aren't known for being fast.
Processor and Page-Turning Speed
Boox says the Note Air 6C includes an upgraded processor that can reach speeds up to 2.9GHz, a 45 percent increase compared to the Note Air 5C. The company claims this translates into a 40 percent improvement in PDF page-turning speed.
Refresh Mode
The tablet also features an updated refresh mode, which Boox says is faster than ever before and is "designed to make scrolling, web browsing and apps with dynamic content feel significantly more fluid on an E Ink display."
