Choose by eye, leave with a prompt: an unofficial Impeccable design browser
Demo, repo, and lineage

If you use Impeccable with a coding agent, you already know the move: the tool weighs human-reviewed design directions (βworldsβ) against your product, then builds around a strong fit. Modes like persuade, operate, read, and experience change the flavor of that roll.
The friction I kept hitting was simpler than βhow do I install the skill.β It was commitment. A roll is a starting point. Sometimes I wanted to see a deck of worlds, pick one on purpose, and tell the agent: this is the direction. Do not re-roll it away.
So I spent a weekend building Impeccable Worlds: a browsable, incomplete, unofficial catalog. Search. Preview. Copy a direction prompt into your coding agent. That is the whole product story.
The problem with rolling in the dark
Agents are great at proposing. They are also great at proposing again.
When a visual direction lives only inside a roll flow, you choose under time pressure. You remember a name, half of a mood, a card you liked for a second. You do not have a calm place to compare graphic vs atmosphere vs interaction worlds, open a few, and decide with your eyes.
Designers and developers who ship with AI tools need two different moments:
- Explore a creative deck
- Commit a direction into the agent loop
Impeccable already owns the second moment in a deep way. I wanted a thin companion for the first.
What Impeccable is (one screen)
Impeccableβs pitch is clear: the missing design vocabulary for agents. It turns βAI slopβ into UI you are willing to ship.
It includes skills and commands (polish, audit, critique, craft, init, and friends), product/design docs, live browser mode, detectors, and hooks for Cursor, Claude, Codex, and other agents.
On the public site, design directions are human-reviewed starting points with their own visual rules. Impeccable weighs those against ideas drawn from your product, then builds around the strongest fit. That is the lineage. Worlds does not replace any of it.
What I built instead of wrapping the whole product
Impeccable Worlds is a companion index, not a fork and not an official dump.
You get:
- A grid of worlds with preview cards
- Search across name, form, spark, and system rules
- Filters by direction type (graphic / atmosphere / interaction)
- Sort and layout options, plus favorites in
localStorage - A detail drawer with form, spark, system, web leverage
- Copy direction prompt, copy link, deep links like
/w/riley-moire-gallery
What you do not get:
- Install or replace Impeccable
- Polish / audit / detector / live mode
- A claim of completeness or affiliation
The site footer and docs say it out loud: personal/lab tool, incomplete, not official.
Missing fields render as No value. Nothing is invented to look fuller than the index is.
Success, per the product notes I wrote for myself: choose a direction by eye and leave with the prompt. Not finish an exhaustive deck.
How the public demo works
Land on the masthead, open How it works if you want the short tour, then use the controls:
- Search
- Direction type
- Sort
- Larger cards / dense cards / list
- Favorites only
Open a card. Step with arrows. Esc to close. Prefer a world? Star it. Ready to use it? Copy direction prompt.
The catalog ships as a static index. If something is missing, the deep link says so.
Incomplete is a feature of honesty, not a bug I papered over
Stack, for the curious: React 19, TypeScript, Vite. Small surface. Fast to iterate.
What the prompt actually pastes
The copy action is the handoff. The prompt pins a world as a committed direction and tells the agent not to re-roll it.
It carries the direction text you saw in the drawer so you can paste into Cursor, Claude, Codex, or whichever agent you run Impeccable with on a real project.
That is the bridge I wanted:
Gallery β judgment β paste β Impeccable in your repo
Not: hope the next roll feels right.
What Iβd tell another design engineer
If you are building around AI design tools, watch for creative decks trapped inside generators. Generators are exciting. Indexes are how humans stay in the loop.
A useful companion pattern:
- Attribute clearly
- Stay visibly unofficial when you are
- Never invent missing fields
- Make the exit action obvious (copy the thing the agent needs)
- Keep the heavy product where it belongs (here: Impeccable itself)
I built Worlds so I could pick a direction the way I pick a reference board: by eye, with room to compare, then commit.
Try the live demo. If a world is missing, that is the incomplete catalog talking. If you find one you like, copy the prompt and take it into Impeccable.
Huge credit to Paul Bakaus and Impeccable for the vocabulary and the worlds. This is a fan-made index for choosing, not a substitute for the real tool.
