Should I hire Indians for SEO? Yes or no? What other affordable options are there?

Well, people, I have some extra money left. I don’t know where it came from, but let’s consider it a marketing budget.
I want to promote my software and I decided to hire some SEO people. Most of them on Fiverr are Indian and that's ok since they do not ask much. Previous time I was scammed-but maybe I was the scammer since I only paid 15 euros. I don’t know if I can blame a person for screwing someone over who expects you to do something for 15 euros. So, I take responsibility. My fault.
But now I want to do it again. Preferably by an Indian again, but for €50 or something. If he/she does it well, I have some more stuff actually and will reward good work. If that person does this one ok, then he can make €60 in the next gig and €70 afterwards, and then it becomes fair maybe. I have no idea how much work they actually perform. Do they do something or do they start a script? Doesn’t matter. If the work is good, it’s worth it.
But there is an issue. While Indians would be legitimate customers, I don’t know if I would favor them. I remember, from Perplexity, that they all got some deal through university for a Perplexity subscription. It was a terrible deal. It was unusual-one year free. Culture difference maybe, but a Dutch would NEVER do that. But so, they all did. And guess what, end of the year: all those people were like "WTF, THEY INVOICED 200 blablabla" and I am like, what, did you believe in Santa?
Anyway-point is. They got all that Perplexity for free and Perplexity had some issues wherefrom some were really accidental. And those people who had a free subscription did complain, complain, complain. So, they bought almost anti-marketing by giving that shit to them. But since they are bastards who just wanted to screw over all the students, I don’t care and call it karma.
But how can I avoid such a situation? Personally, I am thinking about putting an obvious clock on the platform. It's free for one hour per week for non-paying users, and for paying users, it's basically unlimited.
I have confidence in the product. If you love Grok/Perplexity, this product will end it completely. They're shit compared to this in several ways. I think that everyone (like me) that really is interested in good research will take a subscription. It's not that I really have competition. The interested people will pay for sure. One hour per week (and only one active bot... Or wait, you can create only one, I guess, but modifying it is allowed) should be more than enough.
What do you guys think about all this?
A good product sells itself-your mother, 1760. Yeah, maybe when only three people were making shoes. There is competition regarding products in general. People spend on everything. Marketing is way more important if you care about profit.

Btw, I really decided to make this project commercial. I want my dad to be proud of me. He was already ashamed of me. That is his problem. Because I'm doing awesome, but just not what he wanted. But recently I misbehaved hardcore, as is documented here on the site. I apologized, but of course, it doesn't work that way. He said that he had to think about how to continue our relationship.
That's very sad. As I always told you guys-everything I've told you is true, and especially the fact that I did nothing wrong. Still, I'm getting drugged by force, arrested, and so on. Well, that WAS true. Now, last week, as documented on the site, I did misbehave hardcore. I actually did something wrong. I know why I did it. But it is still wrong.
And you know-if someone already has a low opinion of you, do not do anything to confirm their suspicions. And that is exactly what I did.
I want to show him that I don't suck at all.
And life works in a weird way-if this situation ends up with a proud father, then I achieved something I didn't have before.
Regarding money-well, actually, it is better to do nothing. My current
employeris the best employer, and nobody has a better one. Better than Facebook, Google, Meta, or whatever faggot company. It's the freaking government of The Netherlands. Want income security? Especially since you're very ill/drugged by force? The government is the bestemployerthere is. But for my dad, I will sacrifice this amazing deal.The Deal:

Ironically, my dad is a teacher and worked almost his whole life for the government. Omg, my youth is paid with tax money. My 30s too. So from 16 to 28 (12 years) is the only period that I did not live on tax money. That's 1/3rd of my life. I am a leech. Oh no. Oh well... @niggel and @blundering-dev pay a lot of tax. I frequently thank them. It's pravda.
