I am thinking about VPS with dedicated CPU. A VPS is a good idea for critical instances because snapshots and so on. Server maintenance in general. The chance is that the disk of the server will be faster than on my dedicated now. I ran a performance benchmark a few times on my dedicated, and my ten-year-old laptop has a faster drive.

Hmm, ARM server is also an option. High doubt.

A brand new dedicated is best price/value.
