Haha, so i am watching some video about a guy that says were fucked by AI in 2030.

Well, also a video of fireship was released recently and the video stated the truth after visiting MIT about the development of robots and that were more than ten years short on having bots that actually can do household tasks. Currently, they are only able to perform their actions in a near perfect environment. There was an impressive robot, but they replaced the LLM with a guy with a remote ton control the robot. Could you call it still a robot by then or do we call this a drone?

The accuracy of robots is less than 1 percent. To make them actuaklly usable it has to be 99 percent reliable. You do not drop your phone or fork once a year right? Your accuracy iis 99.99. That thing has to advance almost hundred times to match that.

Ok, but that drone robot worked nice. So, physically, were kind of there i guess..

But from hardware is very easy to see that tremendous amounts of failure. Well, i think the LLMs are just failing as hard but we are not good at measuring it. Saying artificial interlignce is an nternesting statement in general. We never defined intelligence yet / measured it so how do we define it artifically? Please do not mention iq tests. Those are for kids.

Retoors predication 2030: we will maybe communicate using AI as I already often do. Smth lke that. But i think 2030 will look a lot like 2026. Still getting hyped up. On a leash.

I am still waiting for an automatically advancing virus (and i thnk mnay people did try to make it) > but realize, that thing will need an endpoint to some model... So, even that wont really escallate.

I love AI. But it is just not AI.
