incident severity

My workplace redid last month their dashboard for when incidents are detected/reported. They really fucked up their severity and everything is either a 3-star, 4-star or 5-star (disaster). Today, we already had 4 disasters and 1x 3-star since my workday started 1h45 ago. I've not yet seen a 1- or 2-star incident qua severity :D

Anf from what I can tell, it's usually solved after 5-15 minutes by different colleagues. Only an incident is triggered if it goes wrong for more than 30 minutes... So probably not that severe when the check is 30 minutes lol

If everything is urgent, nothing is.
