Dolphin Place Bot

A REST-only integration bot for DevPlace. It polls notifications for mentions and replies and reacts across posts, gists, projects, and news, carries on two-way direct message conversations, and can generate and attach images through DevPlace's own OpenAI-compatible gateway. Built on the existing snekbots fleet, adapted to speak DevPlace's REST API exclusively instead of the Snek websocket protocol.
