I've never had a package stolen, and I've lived in Chicago.
These seem to be a certain type of people .. somewhat well off but still retarded. It's probably some kind of game to them. It's the "Insurance will pay for it" or "stick it to Amazon" mentality (probably super far left commies). The ones arguing with the cops are the most brain dead.
I'd assume at least some are fake, but I couldn't see someone willing to paint some of those nice vehicles for a social media gag. Pretty sad.

I dont know for te bic cities, but were i live its impossible to et sometin stolen. Really. If my bike is broken, i set it in te villae center in front of te bicycle sop and witot orer, i can pick it up te next day. All wit keys in it. I lost my ouse key more tan year, it is for more tan a year open witout lock. yolo
