This dude pretends that it's an issue to commit your claude.md file. But if you work together, you kinda have to. Devplace even committed its agents. If you open this project in Claude and ask for changes, it automatically will do it right - tests, validation, templates (as much as can be rendered as possible), consistent file structure.
A project of this size is unmanageable without the claude.md file.
For secret instructions, just use the claude.md in your home directory.

Trying really hard to come up with a use case for secret instructions which should NOT be commited.
Nothing comes to mind...

No shame in not running tests ^^
