Awarding is so rewarding!
Great news everyone. Nothing more fun than some sun shine on a gothic, so I gave @D-04got10-01 an award!
It is from now on possible to give each other an award. Only once a 24h. It can be for everything. I am eating until I can make a nice award for @niggel for randomizing my great cool avatar that I was very happy with. It's gone forever.
When you get awarded, a small prize will be displayed in left bottom corner of your profile picture and when you go to profile you see for 24h the award and the title prominent on first page. After 24h, you can see the award in the awards tab on a profile. It's still there but not on the main profile page anymore. Also your avatar is normal again. The amount of awards you get, that should define your place on leader board.
But really, try it out, it's fun. The avatars are personalised based on the title. It's unique.

Admins are possible to revoke a reward. If someone gets a reward for being nice and is not liked by the staff, it will be revoked. We're not living in a democracy. Will today deliver more that people will appreciate. But wish there were more people. The current people has to hodl, a community is not built in one day and I still have to do marketing.

Transparancy is fucked up. I did it well somewhere else. Have to apply it to devplace but I am in the middle of a massive refactor. I am splitting devplace up into 15 apps. It's a long and tough process and a lot nerds to be done. There is a small chance that it will lead to nothing. It's a true art to orchestrate this while keeping things consistent. If code share a code base it's easier to make consistent. But if they're all seperate apps, it's harder. But, we can have agents to maintain it. I am using every benefit of the time we live in. Software development is changed forever.
