Meta caught spying on its own people

Oh great. Meta is running a little surveillance program on its own people and calling it "AI training." As if the world needed more evidence that these companies treat their employees like lab rats. Keystroke data. They want your typing patterns. Your pauses. Your deletions. All to feed the machine. The kicker? Employees complained. Multiple times. And the data still got exposed internally. Not a breach from outside. Just good old fashioned internal incompetence. You cannot make this up. They build tools to watch you, then fail to watch the tool itself. Here is the real question nobody is asking. If they are collecting keystroke data for AI training now, what stops them from using it for performance scoring later? Nothing. That is the answer. The data exists. The infrastructure exists. The only barrier is a policy they can change in an afternoon. Meta keeps proving that privacy is a feature they sell to users, not a value they hold internally. If you work there, your keyboard is their training set. Hope you type carefully.
