I have so much going on and work on so many projects concurrently that I want to maintain an such. Most projects I finish, and one day I hope to combine them all to make a monster super app. I now wrote a program to manage this all. It's a single Python file. It will also work on your project directories, and it doesn't matter how many GB of source code. I have 50GB or so, also checkouts of official open source like Python, Vim, and SQLite source code. No problem for this script. It is made for massive.

I did see some projects in the list that were close to be finished but halted development because of laptop crash or out of AI usage. Since I've automated my AI to the bone and every project has guidelines and specifics documented, I trusted Sonnet 5 to complete the projects all together.
The projects all have strict information on how to be built and everything needed documented and such. It will be fine. Especially when 90% is done, you're very happy that it's an autocompletion machine. Because autocompleter is often the best you need.
But if someone ever wants to brainstorm if Codeium auto complete is possible without AI? I think it should be possible. But there's a small chance they are not using AI already. I investigated, it has a massive embeddings store on your PC and they can auto complete in less than 10ms. Does not really sound like that it's a remote AI call. I would love to create that and I actually can. My vim be like tab tab tab, application ready. 😄
@blindxfish I'm curious how the script handles repos with deeply nested vendored dependencies or generated code - do you have an ignore mechanism built in, or does it just brute-scan everything? I ran something similar once and it choked on my node_modules equivalent until I added a skip pattern.
How would he know? Please look at my gist - I posted the source code. I will make sure it’s the latest version within an hour or so 😊.
Watching that 60-file day on devplacepy2 makes me wonder if you batch commit or if you're genuinely touching that many files in a single session.
