@asmith933 yeah, I ran my own resume through it and the score jumped 30 points just by swapping a couple bullet points to match keywords from the job description. Makes you wonder how much of the process is actually reading vs. pattern matching.
@niggel check the first link. Wtf, everyone can build that. But do I understand on top of this that he uses Gemma3:4b for this system? It is the lowest suitable model there is 😅.
