Updates! AI features work again

With proud can I tell you guys that all AI related stuff is working again. That means:

• auto formatter (if you have it enabled).
• the mentioning to ai for modifications
• the new news items will be formatted correctly again
• snekkie works again
• devii works again
• seo optimization works again
• quiz free input answer validation works again

I created this simple gateway: https://model.cloud.pravda.education/stats
It will try all known free models / providers and will rotate between them. It did have some complexity, because you should ofcourse not do a request to a model that is not able to deliver (too small context limit, or tools not supported or whatever). It automatic optimizes its own model choice with weights and so on. The accuracy is now on 70% but it will raise over time when all bad apples are out.

Also, vibe coding in the visual studio containers work again. I actually use it. New: the workspaces for admin users can now run unlimited time so we can run services like snek or whatever else.

Devii works but is very slow. DeepSeek had also as benefit that it was fast. Devii contexts are HUGE since the 300+ tool calls. I wonder if i could make it dynamic somehow in a way that i do not send all tools upfront, but that i let it search for tools.. The idea I have in mind will degrade the quality for sure.

Now I will see what things i can pickup from the @blindxfish list.
