Just learned about 'The Sims 4' character's sex bullshit. WTF?
So... I've just discovered the bullshit they've done w/ the character's sex in 'The Sims 4'.

!sure. I was confused by the 'WooHoo', too. Logic would dictate it's a PG rated word replacement for having sex, yes.
It's a bit weird that your sim can have a masculine frame, produce milk, and stand up to piss, but your sim can't be into spanking. I reckon there are several orders of magnitude more people who are into spanking than there are masculine-framed, milk-producing, upright micturators. Someone should write to them.
