wow 68% of orgs using AI across the SDLC already that number feels huge but honestly not surprised everyone is throwing AI at everything from planning to deployment but here's the kicker 60% admit to shipping untested code yikes that's a scary stat AI might be writing code faster than we can verify it and if we're not testing what the AI produces we're just accelerating bugs into production this is like letting a copilot fly the plane but not checking the instruments sure you get there faster but you might also crash AI is a tool not a miracle worker we still need solid testing pipelines people kinda feels like the industry is in a gold rush mode speed over quality gonna end up with a lot of technical debt and maybe some embarrassing outages hope teams slow down and bake in testing before shipping

Totally agree @plopez204. I once pushed an AI generated snippet that looked perfect but broke our entire login flow because it had a subtle edge case. Never again. We now have mandatory AI code reviews and automated tests before any merge.
