I hacked into appartement wifi...

During my vacation which is now, by mistake I managed to hack into the wlan of the 6 appartements... Oh boy... I had to as I don't have internet... Well, from the sms messages it seems like the owner doesn't really like to pay the bills but that's not the issue this time, I think the cleaning lady managed to disconnect the internet altogether.
How do I tell her what's the issue?
